Of course there is nothing wrong with naturally derived medicines. There are many substances which we have distilled and refined from nature, often via old wive’s tales, or “witchcraft”. When science definitively deduces that something works we should use it for that purpose, but as you say homoeopathy is voodoo nonsense.

I don’t think anyone objects to using natural things to treat illnesses.
People object to the fact that homeopaths peddle water as medicine and
wheedle millions of people out of their money and their health. Read up
on homeopathy, it’s batshit crazy voodoo.

This was something I did not know about till yesterday. It makes me wonder how that can call it homeopathic "medicine" if it actually has an active ingredient in it. Isn't that false advertising?

Add to this that some Homeopathic companies do produce products with active ingredients in them ie Arnica cream by Brauer. They willfully confuse conflate natural medicines with homeopathy
