The science of homeopathy

It’s rare to come across someone who can so clearly explain the science behind homeopathy.
Oh dear gods – what is she babbling about?

I have to repost this on my blog, I really do. Oh Lord. Oh Lordy Lord. I've never watched something so scientifically painful.

The phrase you are looking for is "fractal wrongness" ( http://imagechan.com/images/71e741565193b5826963d… )

I'm aware of fractal wrongness, but this takes the concept and throws it into a fiery pit of wrongness that could only be matched in its painful wrongness by the collision of two planet-sized bodies of wrongness.

        Wrongness. ;)

E=mc^2, you can't cross out mass. Yes we have a VERY small mass compared to that of the universe, but she in effect just equated mass to 1kg in all cases. And if we were an infinitesimally small amount of mass, that would lower the value of the energy. She also seems to forget to square the speed of light, many times in fact – E != c

Was she actually a doctor? How can they let someone so scientifically ignorant be a doctor?

Atheism 2.0

“Atheism 2.0” is a 20 minute TED presentation by Alain de Botton in which he proposes a new approach to evangelising atheism. The Bizarre Bible

Atheists are often told by believers to read the Bible and it will all become clear.  Trouble is, many of us have tried that and it doesn’t seem to have helped.  Take these verses for example: This does not sound like a great night out to me. “But Rabshakeh said unto them, Hath my master…
